Rhode Island Landlord Incentive Program

Do you own rental property? If so, you could receive a financial bonus for joining the Landlord Incentive Program

Program Benefits Include:

Financial Bonus $3,000 for the first unit and $1,000 for subsequent units

Funds for Repairs Additional funds available for repairs, if needed

Support Some tenants receive ongoing support services from local nonprofits

Possible Rent Support Some tenants may receive full rental support via government benefits for as much as one year.
